CERTIFICO que en Acta de esta Junta Electoral de Zona de Granada, de fecha 21 de mayo de dos mil quince, se ha tratado como punto del orden del día nº 7.-. Denuncia nº 36/15 presentada por el partido POR ATARFE SI y la coalición electoral PARA LA GENTE, contra el Ayuntamiento de Atarfe por el reparto de 500 lotes de comida a través de la Asociación Jiruma, previsto para el día 23 de mayo próximo. acordándose al respecto lo que se transcribe:
 
7.-  En relación con la denuncia nº 36/15 presentada por el partido POR ATARFE SI contra el Ayuntamiento de Atarfe por el reparto de 500 lotes de comida a través de la Asociación Jiruma, previsto para el día 23 de mayo próximo, se ACUERDA: Estimar la denuncia y prohibir el acto previsto para el día 23 de mayo sin perjuicio de que el reparto de alimentos se pueda realizar antes de ese día o después del día de las elecciones, ello teniendo en cuenta que el acto programado puede ser interpretado como acto de propaganda electoral. Comunicar este acuerdo, tanto al Ayuntamiento afectado y por la vía del mismo a la asociación Jiruma
